Learn with Mobile is Ambidect's market leading e-learning and m-learning cloud software service.

It is a full learning solution, providing much more than just a traditional LMS. It encompasses the best of traditional learning and mixes this with all the benefits of modern techniques and social learning.

It is designed to be engaging and easy to use for your learners, and to provide you with a way to serve up e-learning in cost-effective environment that your users actually enjoy using.

Whichever edition you choose, your first 30 days of usage are completely free.

When you start your Learn with Mobile subscription, the first 30 days are always free.

Then, depending on the edition you select, you will pay a monthly subscription.

If you choose the Solo edition, your Learn with Mobile subscription remains free as long as it's just for your own use.

An authoring tool is used to take your learning content and wrap it in a technology that allows it to be delivered through an LMS or learning management system. This used to be required for e-learning because the learning management systems (LMSs) couldn't handle anything but specially wrapped content using a standard known as SCORM.

Learn with Mobile accepts any kind of learning file and still gives you reports of content usage and course pass rates. So you can upload videos and presentations or any other format without worrying about authoring tools.

Of course if you want to continue using an authoring tool, or want to re-use content created with one, Learn with Mobile accepts that seamlessly too.

Because Learn with Mobile allows learning to be accessed almost anywhere, it may be worthwhile considering the opportunities offered by bite-sized learning or micro-learning, and splitting down your existing assets.

Yes you can. Learn with Mobile has a built-in article creator that allows you to quickly write and format your own content.

You can create your own design using columns and images - safe in the knowledge that Learn with Mobile will make sure that your article is fully responsive on whichever device your learner chooses to access it on.

You can also author and format your own quizzes to test your learners' understanding of your course material. You can even create and use video and audio material straight from your mobile phone or tablet.

And you can easily mix your created content with your other uploaded assets in your course modules or your learning topics.

Yes - branding is available in the Learn with Mobile administration area.

Branding changes the colour, adds your own logo, and even changes the name to be your own learning platform.

Simple branding is built into the administration area of Learn with Mobile.

Because we created Learn with Mobile from the ground up, we also offer a full customisation service to our Enterprise and Trainer subscribers.

Learn with Mobile uses servers in Microsoft Azure data centres throughout the world and we try to use the servers that are nearest to you when you use Learn with Mobile.

If you are based in the United Kingdom or Europe we ensure your primary data is stored within the EU, and backed up to multiple locations also within the EU.

At Ambidect, we want everyone to have access to world class software.

Learn with Mobile Solo edition is for your own use you will not be charged.

When you're ready to invite others to your system, switch to Professional and you'll benefit from the low �25 per month subscription for up to 25 learners.

There is no limit to the number of users you can register on your Learn with Mobile, except with the Solo edition which is for your own use.

If you have chosen the Professional edition, your first 25 users is included to start with, and this is increased in packs of 25 as the number of users you register grows. If you have chosen the Enterprise or Trainer editions, your monthly fee covers an unlimited number of users.

There is no limit to the number of concurrent users you can have on your Learn with Mobile.

Ownership of the content you have in your topics and courses does not change when you upload it to Learn with Mobile.

The number of users in your subscription is increased automatically in packs of 25, based on your usage. So when the users you invite rises above 25, your next monthly bill will include an additional pack of 25 users.

For administrators, Learn with Mobile has an Administration area. One of the tabs in that area is the Subscription tab.

Here, you can set your company details including the country in which your company is based. The VAT will then be set appropriately.

If you have chosen the Enterprise edition of Learn with Mobile, you can choose to pay annually by invoice instead of monthly by payment card.

We will send you an invoice for the equivalent annual amount based on 12 months payments. This option is offered as a convenience for you and the charge is not discounted.

You'll need to contact us directly to arrange for invoice payments so that we can be sure we have all the correct information.

If you have chosen the Enterprise edition of Learn with Mobile, you can choose to pay annually instead of monthly.

There is a special user level on your Learn with Mobile called a Subscription Owner. You can only have one Subscruption Owner and it will usually be the person who first registered your company for Learn with Mobile.

From time to time, the Subscription Owner may need changing - it could be that the person has left the company or moved into a different job. To change the Subscription Owner you'll need to contact us directly at billing@ambidect.com.

For administrators, Learn with Mobile has an Administration area. One of the tabs in that area is the Users tab. You can see which of your users is currently designated as the Subscription Owner here.

Each bill is for a calendar month. The date the bill starts is the same as the date your subscription started, and the bill covers the period to the day before that in the follwoing month.

As an example, if you set up a subscription on the 13th of the month, once your free period ends - your bills will be for the 13th of each month to the 12th of the next one.

We work with a number of affiliates and we have a standard commission offering of 20% of any payments from each customer that you sell Learn with Mobile to, for as long as you remain an affiliate.
